Fishing Report Spring

Warmer weather is here and the Spring bite is with it! Redfish are schooling and beginning to search for food all over the Tampa Bay Area. We have been using shrimp type soft plastics to trick these fish and with the right conditions topwater. Snook have started to wake up from their winter slumbers and the bite will get better with time. The conditions have been less than perfect with lots of high winds. The fish are still hungry and willing to eat we just have to work a little harder to get through the wind. The old town predator pedal kayaks we use cut through the rough conditions with ease.
